Cancellation Policy
Silo Salon reserves the right to charge 50% of services cancelled less than 24 hours before your reservation. To avoid being charged for cancelled or missed appointments, please call 24 hours prior to your reservation.

No Show Policy
We value our artists talent and time. If you decide to no show for your appointment, we will require a credit card to be kept on file before your next visit. If you decide to no show for any other appointment thereafter, you will be charged the base price for the hair services you had scheduled. 

Children Policy
For the safety and relaxation of all our guests, please only bring children who have scheduled appointments.

Return/Redo Services
We value our artists time and unfortunately we don't offer refunds on services. However, our end goal is to make sure you love your hair! If for any reason you are unhappy with your services, we offer redo appointments. Clients may call to schedule a redo within 48 hours of the original appointment. Redo services must be booked within a week of this call. Silo Salon reserves the right to charge for any products used during the redo service.

Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the product lines we carry. If for some reason you are unhappy with an Aveda product purchased at Silo Salon, it may be exchanged for another Aveda product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer product refunds. All brushes, styling tools, and makeup are final sale due to sanitation purposes.
