  • Education empowers stylists. Our owner Alexa Frank is an Aveda Minneapolis alumni, our team travels for educational opportunities and we bring in-house education.

  • We are a group of people that come together every day to provide the best meaningful experience for our guests. We’re enthusiastic learners, always willing to help, and a lot of fun to be around!

  • If you’re a beginner stylist, it is recommended you work during peak hours. As you begin building a clientele, we work with you and your life’s need for flexibility.

  • We provide a tiered benchmarked goal that every stylist level must be reach to move up to the next level. These benchmarks are given to you during onboarding, along with monthly check-ins with our owner and team lead.

  • If you’re a new stylist, we have a 3-6 month training program within our salon. We will go through cuts, colors, product knowledge, consultation practices, extensions, business, waxing and focused learning to set you up for success.

  • We have many different streams of education we offer to our stylists. In-house, online or travel.

    We frequently bring in top educators from across North America and travel for education and events like Aveda Congress.

    We average 1 training class every 4 months.
